Below is a picture of two new tools for calculations. On top is a Swiss emulation of the famous HP41 CX wit all modules inside and below is a new Japanese circular slide rule. The HP is much more convenient and more accurate, but gives no insights. The slide rule is less accurate (but still good enough for Berek to calculate the Elmar design), less convenient (until you know how to use it), and gives you insight into the number relations.
